Gift Vouchers: Monetary vouchers or gift vouchers for packages are available to use on treatments in our Day Spa and also shop instore at our Boutique. They cannot be used in our Accommodation. Expired vouchers cannot be used on weekends, school holidays or public holidays. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. This gift card code will be valid until 07/11/2023 (dd/mm/yy)
$50 Bonus Treatment Vouchers: If you receive a $50 Bonus Treatment Voucher it can ONLY be used on treatments, it cannot be used in our boutique or online. It is strictly valid between 15th May 2023 to 10th December 2023. It cannot be used on Sundays or Public Holidays.
Cancellation Notice
We kindly ask for 24 hours notice if you intend to cancel your appointment. A 50% deposit or credit card number is required for all appointments at time of booking. Failure to provide us with timely notification or missed appointments will result in deposit not being refunded.
What time should I arrive?
To prepare for your visit and to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere we recommend you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Late arrival may mean reduced treatment time.

Promotional extra’s cannot alter from what is stated and cannot be given extensions. all vouchers are non refundable & cannot be exchanged for cash.
