Gift Vouchers: Monetary vouchers or gift vouchers for packages are available to use on treatments in our Day Spa and also shop instore at our Boutique. They cannot be used in our Accommodation. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Gift vouchers are strictly valid for 3 Years from the purchase date. Vouchers are not redeemable on Sundays or Public Holidays.

Bookings – Cancellations – No Shows
To ensure a seamless and relaxing experience for all guests, we kindly request a 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment. If you wish to redeem a gift voucher, please provide the voucher number when making your booking and the required deposit will be applied to the voucher value.
Appointments cancelled with less than 2 hours notice will incur a late cancellation fee of 50% of the total treatment cost, which is non-refundable.
For treatments longer than 1.5 hours, we kindly request 12 hours notice for cancellations. If sufficient notice is not provided, 50% of the treatment cost will be charged and is non-refundable.
Guests who do not attend their scheduled appointment without notice will incur a No Show fee of 100% of the appointment cost.
We appreciate your understanding, as this policy allows us to honour the time of our therapists and provide the highest level of service to all guests
What time should I arrive?
To prepare for your visit and to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere we recommend you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Late arrival may mean reduced treatment time.
