Gift Vouchers: Monetary vouchers or gift vouchers for packages are available to use on treatments in our Day Spa and also shop instore at our Boutique. They cannot be used in our Accommodation. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Gift vouchers are strictly valid for 3 Years from the purchase date. Vouchers are not redeemable on Sundays or Public Holidays.
$50 Christmas Bonus Treatment voucher is strictly valid from 12th May 2025 to 24th December 2025.
$50 Christmas Bonus Treatment voucher can only be used on treatments, it cannot be used in our Boutique or on skincare products. Cannot be used on Weekends or Public Holidays. This voucher can only be used in conjunction with a paid voucher and not other promotional vouchers.
Cancellation Notice
We kindly ask for 24 hours notice if you intend to cancel your appointment. A 50% deposit or credit card number is required for all appointments at time of booking. Failure to provide us with timely notification or missed appointments will result in deposit not being refunded.
What time should I arrive?
To prepare for your visit and to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere we recommend you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Late arrival may mean reduced treatment time.
